Driving directions from Thessaloniki to Tristinika beach.

From Thessaloniki's ring road you follow the direction Chalkidiki. Then you follow the direction signs for: N.Moudania > Sithonia >  Nikiti >  N.Marmaras >  Toroni.

Total km: 120, estimated time 1h30m.

Be aware that 17km after N.Marmaras and 1km before Toroni,there are signs "Tristinika" on the main road.

After you have passed these signs, you will see the sign "Despotiko Hotel" on the main road for a right turn through a private road, and after 200m you will reach the gates of the hotel.

  • By Bus:
    There are many daily bus connections to and from Thessaloniki, with the state-run KTEL organization of public intercity bus service. You can find the bus stop called “Tristinika” on the main road, just 200m from the hotel.
  • By Air:
    Thessaloniki's airport is "Macedonia" (airport code "SKG", information phone number +30.2310.985000), which is 120 Km from Despotiko Hotel. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the airport. We can also arrange to have a rental car waiting for you at the airport, but you can always rent one yourself from the car rental offices at the airport.
  •  By Rail:
    Thessaloniki has the biggest and busiest train station in Greece. There are numerous domestic and international daily departures and arrivals, connecting Thessaloniki to other Greek and European cities. The station is located at the city centre of Thessaloniki which is 130 Km from Despotiko Hotel. Useful information may be found at the Greek Railways Organization site.

  • Thessaloniki centre (130 Km from the hotel): There are countless bank departments both at the centre of the city and on the outskirts. Within the premises ofThessaloniki's Airport "Macedonia," there are a few ATMs available.

  • Poligiros (60 Km from the hotel): Poligiros is the capital of the Prefecture of Chalkidiki and there are 2 branches of the "National Bank of Greece" and 2 branches of the "Agricultural Bank of Greece" .

  • Nikiti (30 Km from the hotel): there is a branch of the "Agricultural Bank of Greece", and a branch of the "Emporiki Bank", both equipped with ATMs.

  • N. Marmaras (17 Km from the hotel): there is a branch of the "National Bank of Greece" and a branch of the "Eurobank", both equipped with ATMs. There is also an ATM of "Alpha Bank" at the port.
